What a busy start to the long weekend here at Cape Palmerston Holiday Park! 🙌
This weekend marked Dean & Janet’s very first long weekend running things on their own — as always a few small teething issues are expected for a first go and they smashed out!
A huge THANK YOU to all our wonderful guests for your patience— im sure they will be looking forward to a few quieter days before they prepare for our Mother's Day Afternoon Tea Party next Sunday 😊
Last night also saw the debut of Pim’s Tucker Box Thai trading with their food van… and WOW 🤤🔥 Fresh, flavour-packed, and absolutely delicious! We look forward to having them back again for our food van season.
Thank you to everyone for your patience on their first night out — it means the world when our community supports small local businesses ❤️

Proudly representing Sarina Army Cadet Unit 131ACU, from the Cape Palmerston Holiday Park family was our very own Ben, Laila & Hayden, who stood with quiet strength and respect throughout the service.
As the tide rolled in and the first light of dawn broke across the water, there was a real sense of reflection and gratitude in the air. It’s moments like these that remind us of the courage, sacrifice, and mateship that define our history.
A special thank you to everyone involved in organising such a meaningful service, and to those who continue to serve our country today. Massive shoutout to the Cranston & Crabb family for all their hard work and dedication and those all who help oit on the day, we look forward to assisting those who step up next year to take it over organsing this amazing Anzac Service that continues to grow.
